(27 Feb 2008) New MacBooks And MacBook Pros!
Thats Right New MacBooks and MacBook Pros. WITH MUIT TOUCH!!!
ill post more on this soon!
(16 Jan 2008) New MacBook Air
What makes the Air so thin?
MacBook Air is nearly as thin as your index finger. Practically every detail that could be streamlined has been. Yet it still has a 13.3-inch widescreen LED display, full-size keyboard, and large multi-touch trackpad. It’s incomparably portable without the usual ultraportable screen and keyboard compromises.
Features
So many innovations. So little space.
The incredible thinness of MacBook Air is the result of numerous size- and weight-shaving innovations. From a slimmer hard drive to strategically hidden I/O ports to a lower-profile battery, everything has been considered and reconsidered with thinness in mind.
Wireless
Built for the wireless world.
MacBook Air is designed and engineered to take full advantage of the wireless world. A world in which 802.11n Wi-Fi is now so fast and so available, people are truly living untethered — buying and renting movies online, downloading software, and sharing and storing files on the web.
Thats right. Apple rumor is true. a Slim Version of the MacBook Incorporating The MacBook Pro and The MacBook Features. the thickness of your index finger this would be pretty easy to break i would think. So if you have Pre Ordered yours Well Done!

The bump to the faster CPU costs $250.

(31 May 2007) New Apple TV On The Way

(31 May 2007) WWDC '07 Just Around The Corner
So WWDC '07 is roughly two weeks away. So what should we expect?
Well in Apple's true form we'll hear about the company in general, like iPod sales and market share, etc. Then like last year, a preview of Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5). So far what we know is that there will be a new app called 'Time Machine', improvements to iChat, Mail, etc. As well as 'Enhanced 64-Bit support' for Apps, also 'Core Animation' that will help developer make richer Apps for the OS. Apple is said to show another feature from Leopard, so what could this be? Multi-touch support? Turbo Memory support? A completely new App?
So apart from a repeat of last year's WWDC what else will we see? Well it'll be probably another demo of the iPhone followed by the release date that US consumers can buy the phone.
But this will still leave lots of time left for something else to be shown. Steve Jobs can't talk about Leopard, the iPhone or iPod sales for 90 minutes... As many have rumored, Apple will probably release a new Mac. This could be new iMacs or new MacBook Pros or new Mac Minis, it could be all three.
These Macs are very long toothed, so a new design is in order. What can we see from the suspected Macs?
Well let’s start with the iMacs. Many have speculated that the 17inch model will be dropped as the trend of consumers move towards larger screens, they could also feature a touch screen with 'Multi-Touch', though this is questionable since many would be irritated cleaning the screen continuously to get rid of the finger prints on the screen. But we could also see the new Intel chips to be featured.
Okay, MacBook Pros. As many of us know, the design has been literally unchanged for 4 years (which is like decades for computers), so a change in design is need, even if the design has been gorgeous, but I'm pretty sure Jonathan Ives can make a master piece. So features to see, new Intel chips, turbo memory and a LED backlit screen.
And last but not least the lovable Mac Mini. Probably the most flexible Mac ever made. There have been many rumors that apple will drop the computer form production which would be a real loss. But if Apple loves this little Mac then we might see (as many have begged for) a dedicated graphics chip and faster CPUs (at least a jump to C2Ds).
That's pretty much it. I'm sure most of us in the Mac universe will be glue to our computers waiting for something, especially when WWDC '07 starts. Hopefully Apple will put the video download of the show up on iTunes for all to watch.
(30 May 2007) YouTube, iTunes Plus & iTunes U
Today Apple have relased Apple U, a free downloads section of iTunes based upon University sources. The universities contributing already have a big library of files.
iTunes Plus has also been released that enables you to download DRM-free 256kbps music from EMI and other companies may offer the same style of files in the future.
And finally Apple have announced a new update for AppleTV that will enable you to watch YouTube films and download them directly to your AppleTV.
